Exceptional value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. In my opinion, they were the ideal hotel reception staff. Our three bed room was clean, spacious and had free Wifi. I am happy I chose to stay at this hotel, and would gladly stay here again.
lovely and peaceful all staff very helpful we only used restaurant for breakfast everything was spot on i will be using ur hotel again .
Very nice clean resonably priced and located very happy with our stay
We found the beds very comfortable and there was no noise which ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice
The biggest problem (and in our opinion a major one) was the fact that residents had to dine in the bar/lounge in the evenings. We could not understand why the Seasons Resturant was used for breakfast but not for dinner. We did notice however that the dining room was open for evening meals for Abbey Travel. This made us feel like "second class citizens" and we were forced to use the bar. As this was a leisure break and dining in a resturant is part of the experience we were very disappointed. The bar is not really conducive to dining. the ambiance is not really there. For this reason we would not recommend the hotel to any of our friends.
No resturant service available. Bar food about average, bar surrounding very dull and very uncomfortable.
convenient location; great parking facilities; large room well furnished very competitive price
the air conditioning [heating system]failed to work despite two calls to the reception desk and following instructions assiduously. breakfast was more or less limited to Irish style...no cold meats or cheeses or yogurts as one would expect from a 4* hotel evening restaurant was not available...bar food only... again would expect more from a 4* hotel sauna was switched off half an hour before scheduled closing time
Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived quite late on the day we staYed and we were still asked if we had eaten. Rooms were excellent very spacious with large double bed and then a separate sitting area with a couch also a table and chairs. Tv and stereo also in the room Bathroom well equipped with lots if toiletties We were a group of six and we all met for a few drinks in the bar. The bar was huge and decorated really well. Barman very friendly We all agreed that we would stay in this hotel again :-):-)
Very good value for money if you are just staying the one night as we were. Decent size room, friendly staff, free wifi and free parking!
Room was a bit dated and bed was a bit lumpy
Had a wonderful 1 night stay here! Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. The wifi actually works faultlessly here unlike so many other hotels who claim to provide free wifi. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast in the sunlit breakfast room was fab! Spoilt for choice really. I would recommend this hotel to family and business travellers alike. 10/10!
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the hotel food was excellent. We were able to park our car quite securely under our room window were we could keep an eye to our dogs in the vehicle below.
The room vibrated from 7.00 pm due to the music from a Fashion Show that was being held in the conference room, but was over well before 12.00 midnight.
Very pleasant stay, reasonably close to downtown (1/2 hour walk) although not much right around the hotel. Ate in the bar restaurant and the food was good. Tried to stay an extra night but the hotel would not match the on line price so moved on to our next destination.
Location, room clean, nice furniture, very spacious, parking free and at location.
Got room close to main road. Little bit noisy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is about 10 minutes from the city centre by bus. The bus is easily accessed across the road and there is one every 10 minutes. Our hotel room was very clean and quite big. We would stay here again if in Limerick in the future. We went on a couple of good day tours and were picked up at the hotel
It was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable. Staff friendly at recpetition.
We could not sleep with the noise of the people in the rooms beside us. I did phone reception at 3.50 am. I was quiete for a while but the noise started up again. It was mostly banging / closing / opening the bedroom doors. I did mention it to reception when checking out and they said I would get a reduction the next time I stayed there.
